Yes Per the docs as of Oct 14, 2026: Usage Limits let you set a custom email alert and a hard limit, separately for Compute and Agent usage.

How do I turn on a spending limit in Railway?

1. Workspace Usage page > Set Usage Limits (workspace admin required).
2. Set a Custom email alert and a Hard limit for Compute Usage (and Agent Usage).
3. CLI alternative: railway usage limit set --target workspace --soft 75 --hard 125

Console labels change; if a step doesn't match, follow the official doc.

What happens when the Railway limit is hit?

Hitting the Compute hard limit takes all your workloads offline; hitting the Agent hard limit disables the agent but leaves workloads running.

Gotchas

• Hard limit = your services go down.
